- First Layer
- 1 cup almonds raw, ground
- 1 cup sunflower seeds raw, ground
- 1/4 cup cacao nibs raw cacao nibs ground
- 1/2 cup cacao powder raw
- 1/2 cup carob powder raw
- 1/2 cup coconut dried, raw, ground
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- Second Layer
- 1 cup cashews or 1/2 raw cashews or 1/2 raw macadamia nuts
- 1 cup coconut milk fresh, (simply blend 1 part dried coconut with 3 parts water in high speed blender)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh, organic
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup coconut butter melted
- 1 tbsp lecithin powder
- Chocolate Mousse Topping
- 2 whole avocados ripe Tablespoons raw carob powder Raw honey to taste
- 2 tbsp cacao powder or 3 tbsp, raw
- 2 tbsp carob powder or 3 tbsp, raw

- Process all the above in a food processor with S-blade
- Add the following and process till firm consistency forms, 1/2 cup coconut oil melted, 2-3 tablespoons honey according to taste, Press into a 7” spring form pan
- Blend above ingredients, except lecithin, until smooth. Add lecithin and blend until thoroughly mixed. Pour on top of the first layer and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Process above in a food processor with S-blade until smooth and chocolate mousse texture forms. Store in refrigerator to top each slice of cake when served
