- 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1 cup oats gluten free
- 1 cup almond milk or any other nut milk, unsweetned
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 whole banana sliced (can substitute with any fruit)
- 1/4 cup walnuts finely chopped

- Blend blueberries in a food processor until smooth.
- Mix blueberries, oats, almond milk, chia seeds, hemp seeds in a bowl and cover with a lid. Let set in the fridge overnight.
- Split overnight oats into two bowls and top each one with some cinnamon, banana slices and walnuts.
