- 1/3 cup brazil nuts raw
- 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds raw
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds raw
- 2 cloves garlic large cloves, organic, roughly chopped
- 3 tbsp olive oil organic
- 1 whole lemon juice of only
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 bunch cilantro chopped
- 1 bunch parsley chopped

- Process nuts and seeds in food processor till fine.
- Add sea salt, garlic, cilantro and parsley and process till fine.
- Add olive oil. Pulse process through.
- Add lemon juice and process till mixture turns creamy looking and firm.
Enjoy on slices of cucumber, celery, zucchini or crackers. Optional: Empty 1 - 2 capsules of Probiotic into dry ground seeds.
