- 2 whole apples peeled and cut into small cubes
- 4 tsp raw coconut flakes grounded
- 5 tsp raw almonds grounded
- 2 tbsp flaxseeds grounded
- 2 tbsp macadamia nuts raw
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup raisins organic
- 1 tsp vanilla organic
- 1/2 cup hemp granules
- 1/2 cup almond milk or coconut milk
- 1 pinch cinnamon powder

- Combine all ingredients except for the hemp granules and almond/coconut milk into a chopper.
- Pulse until the desired consistency. Looks like a chunky porridge.
- Put the mixture into a bowl.
- Top the mixture with hemp granules, almond or coconut milk and cinnamon powder.
