- 2 lbs turkey ground
- 1 whole egg
- 1/2 cup green and yellow peppers
- 1/2 cup onions chopped
- 1 tbsp salsa
- 1/2 cup rice cheese optional
- 2 tbsp garlic fresh, chopped
