Angela’s Favorite Protein Smoothie Recipe

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Fill the blender with a combination of desired liquids, approximately ½ or ¾ full.
  3. Blender on the highest setting 60 seconds.

Other optional ingredients include ½ banana, pomegranate juice, raw almond butter, coconut flakes, powdered greens or ½ of an avocado. Consider adding any superfood as desired for added power!
