Super Immune Boosting Horseradish Recipe
This immune-boosting blend contains a powerhouse ingredient – horseradish.   1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Store in the refrigerator in a glass jar. It will last for a long time.
  2. Take 1 tablespoon per day. (see note)

Note: As with any good thing, don’t overuse horseradish, as too much has been known to cause diarrhea and vomiting when consumed in excess.
