  1. Split spinach, quinoa, salmon, sesame seeds, and shallots between two bowls.
  2. In another mixing bowl, whisk together sesame oil, rice vinegar, and lemon juice together and pour on top of prepared bowls.
  3. Season each bowl to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
