  1. Place all ingredients and stevia if using in a medium size pot and bring to a simmer over medium-low heat.
  2. When the cranberries have soften or start to pop, use a potato masher or the back of fork to mash the cranberries.
  3. Pour mashed cranberry mixture into a glass dish and let cool to room temperature before placing in the fridge.
  4. Spoon out 3 to 4 tablespoons and garnish with raw pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds.
  5. Add any other ingredients like chia seeds or flaxseeds for a hearty snack.
  6. Enjoy!
