I love chocolate! Who doesn’t? Today chocolate is very popular, but they usually come added with some sugar and dairy ingredients to make them more palatable. Not in this recipe! Cacao powder and nibs, on the other hand, are in their purest form, from the cocoa bean. Raw cacao is a powerful antioxidant that boosts your immune system.   1. Blend brazil nuts in water in a high-speed blender until you get a smooth creamy milk. If desired, strain it through a fine sieve or cheesecloth to remove any large pieces of nuts that did not get blended.
  2. Add nut milk and other ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk until well combined. Let sit for several minutes or overnight until desired thickness and consistency is reached.
  3. Top with your favorite fruit like oranges, bananas or berries.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
