Matcha Energy Bites
Here is another healthy snack for those of us snackers out there! This Matcha Energy Bites recipe is one of my recent favorites. There are so many different convenient ways to consume matcha these days, from tea to chocolate to pastries and ice cream. If you have tried matcha green tea before and found it a little too bitter for your palate, you might want to give this recipe a try and you will be surprised at how delicious healthy matcha can be with the sweetness from the honey and shredded coconut.
