Caffeine-Free Chai Latte
Can I literally call this recipe the new-age chai latte? This is a dairy-free, caffeine-free and refined sugar-free chai latte recipe. Chai tea is a rich, spicy and aromatic drink that has in the last decade captured a lot of loyal tea drinking fans. There are many different variations of chai tea on the market but the classic chai tea is usually a blend of black tea with cloves, cardamom, black pepper, and ginger. Black tea is the base of chai tea and is very rich in powerful antioxidants. Instead of using dairy milk to make this latte creamy, I am using almond butter. Almonds in whatever form – raw nuts, toasted nuts, butter, milk, etc. have all been proven to be extremely nutritious for you. Enjoy!
