Super-Easy Walnut Stuffed Dates
This is one of my all-time favorite snacks. So simple to make but so delicious and so nutritious. I cannot find a recipe that is simpler than this. Only two ingredients and takes less than 15 minutes to put together to pop into my watering mouth! The nuttiness of the walnut pairs perfectly with the natural sweetness of dates to give you that wonderful yummy pop in your mouth with every bite. So what is stopping you from trying this recipe? I really cannot think of any except maybe making that one trip to your local grocery store to get some dates!

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet.
  3. Stuff each date with a whole walnut and pinch together.
  4. Place each stuffed date on the parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 5 minutes or until the date is heated thoroughly. Remove from heat.
  6. Serve warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!

  3. Stuff dates with blue cheese and walnuts.
  4. Stuff dates with cream cheese and walnuts.

Can be frozen for one month.
