Pumpkin Smoothie Recipe
As fall is approaching, I really wanted to design a smoothie recipe that will allow me to take advantage of all the great fall flavors and nutrition. Some of the things that come to mind – sweet potato, pumpkin, apples, ginger, cinnamon etc. Very warm flavors that are also guaranteed to provide me with a lot of fall nutrition. Make use of this recipe to try out some sunflower seed butter today and see if you like it. Feel free to substitute it with almond butter or cashew butter if that’s what you prefer.
