Liver Detox Juice Recipe
This Liver Detox Juice drink calls for either leafy greens or cabbage leaves with some delightful watercress. Take your pick between kale and cabbage. Both are really good liver cleansing foods because they help stimulate your liver’s detoxifying enzymes to help flush out toxins and other unwanted stuff from your body. To add a refreshing touch to this wonderful liver cleansing juice drink, I am also adding some freshly squeezed lime juice. Citrus fruits are great liver stimulants and are very high in vitamin C, which can help your body synthesize toxic materials into substances to make them more dissolvable into the water in your body, thus helping your body pass them out through your natural urination process.

Instructions
  1. Wash, trim and chop all vegetables into sizes that can fit into your juicer.
  2. Process all ingredients except lime juice through a juicer.
  3. Once juice is done, add freshly squeezed lime juice.
