Fresh Guacamole Dip
This green fruit offers so much healthy promoting and heart-friendly benefits.   1. Halve the avocados and take out the pits and scoop into a bowl.
  2. Mash the avocados with a fork but leave some larger chunks.
  3. Add lime juice, onions and cilantro until everything is combined but still remains a little chunky.
  4. Stir in the tomato, chili powder and salt and pepper and adjust the seasonings as needed
