Savory Crispy Kale Chips
Are you like me and love crunchy things? Like potato chips and tortilla chips? But we know that neither of these is very healthy for you. As kale became more and more popular, someone came up with a brilliant idea to add another way we can consume kale. And I love that someone for it. In this kale chips recipe, I am using the curly green kale.

  1. Preheat oven to 300F and place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet.
  2. Take the kale and rip them into chip size pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and garlic powder. Mix well with hands until the kales pieces are evenly coated.
  4. Place kale onto prepared sheet in an even layer. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Flip over the kale to cook the other sides of the pieces. Bake for another 10 minutes until the edges start turning a little brown.
  6. Monitor them well to make sure you don’t burn them.
Recipe Notes

Take care not to overdo it on the olive oil or else the kale chips will become too soggy.
